Material Safety Data Sheets The hot stamping foils currently manufactured by Custom Foils Company are not hazardous as we interpret OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard (29CFR 1910.1200). Heavy Metals Concerning our P, E, K, H, A, M, W, and EW series pigments manufactured after 1991, from the typical product data received from our raw material suppliers, the sum of the concentration levels of lead, mercury, cadmium and hexavalent chromium do not exceed 100 parts per million by weight. More specific heavy metal data are available upon request.
Polybrominated Biphenyls (PPB) and Polybrominated Biphenyl Ethers (PBDE) Concerning our P, E, K, H, A, M, W, and EW series pigments manufactured after 1991, from random samples tested, which are assumed to be representative, the concentration levels of Polybrominated Biphenyls (PPB) and Polybrominated Biphenyl Ethers (PBDE) were not detected to be above 50 parts per billion.
Consumer Product Safety Act of 2008 Concerning our P, E, K, H, A, M, W, and EW series pigments manufactured after 1991, to the best of our knowledge, based upon the information provided by our raw material suppliers, we do not believe that the following chemicals are present:
